Alliance Legal has practiced banking and investment law at the highest levels. We have guided our clients to obtain banking licenses in Nigeria. We midwived the licensing of the phenomenal Guaranty Trust Bank Plc and Prudential Mortgage Bank Limited. We also advised fully on the procurement of banking license for the defunct Hillrest Merchant Bank Ltd as well as a couple of other Mortgage and Finance Companies since the early 1990s.

Alliance Legal has also advised its clients on investments by Venture Capital Companies in their businesses. We advised the 1^st Internet Service Provider (ISP) in Nigeria, Linkserve Limited, during the million dollar capital investment by Capital Alliance Nigeria Limited.

When government interests are involved, we have rendered legal advice on Public Private Investment Initiatives. We advised on the multi-billion Naira Ore Liberty Town Project between Ondo State Government and Parkview Gardens & Estate Limited
in Ondo State, Nigeria.
